What payments do you accept? 

We offer the following secure payment methods

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, and Maestro 

When converting prices to another currency, a slight variation of 2%-5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates. If using a credit card, additional bank fees may apply, which are determined by your financial institution. Lo Scoglio is not responsible for any additional charges incurred at the receiver's end. 

When will my order be processed? 

Once your order has been confirmed and accepted, our team aims to dispatch it within 5-7 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

  • During peak periods or pre-sales, please allow an additional 3-4 business days for processing due to high order volumes. 

Where do you ship? 

We offer global shipping for Lo Scoglio Heritage Bowls.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to request a redirection. 

When will I receive a reply from customer service? 

Our team operates Monday to Friday during business hours.  Please allow 2-3 business days for a response to inquiries.

Terms and Conditions

Shipping 

Shipping Carriers 

Lo Scoglio ships most orders via Australia Post or trusted courier services

For international customers, including the UK, your country may impose additional taxes, customs duties, and fees. These are determined by your local customs authorities and may delay delivery. Once your package arrives in customs, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay any additional fees. 

Lo Scoglio does not accept returns or issue refunds if a customer refuses to pay these fees. 

If a shipment is rejected by customs or the receiver, redirection fees may apply. If returned to Lo Scoglio, the original shipping cost is non-refundable

Estimated Shipping Times 

  • Australia – 5-7 business days after dispatch 

  • New Zealand – 6-8 business days after dispatch 

  • Rest of Asia & Pacific – 6-8 business days after dispatch 

  • U.S.A & Canada – 6-8 business days after dispatch 

  • Europe & UK – 7-10 business days after dispatch 

  • Rest of the World – 10-15 business days after dispatch 

Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days, though delays may occur if contact details are incomplete. Please ensure you provide a valid contact number for tracking purposes. 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. 

For orders with multiple products, shipping rates may vary due to the package's size and weight. 

Wrong Shipping Address 

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at heritagebowls.loscoglio@gmail.com 

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the address. You will need to contact the courier directly to arrange redirection. 

Orders returned due to an invalid address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Lo Scoglio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder

Import Taxes and Duties 

For international orders, additional customs fees and taxes may apply, as determined by your country’s regulations. 

Customs clearance can delay delivery, and once the package reaches customs, the customer is responsible for any additional charges. 

Lo Scoglio does not accept returns or issue refunds if a customer declines to pay these fees. If a package is rejected by customs or returned, any associated costs will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Order Not Delivered 

If your order has not arrived or is missing, please contact us at heritagebowls.loscoglio@gmail.com. 

If tracking states that your package has been delivered, we recommend requesting proof of delivery (with photos) from the courier. Forward this information to us, and we will assist in investigating the issue. 

If the courier confirms the package has been lost, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the investigation outcome. 

Returns & Repairs 

Returns Policy  

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns unless a manufacturing fault is present.   

Repairs 

We will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. 

Manufacturing faults do not include: 

  • Plating that has worn off. 

  • Ceramic staining or breakages due to mishandling

Product Care 

To maintain the beauty of your Heritage Bowl

  • Hand wash with mild detergent

  • Avoid dishwashers and harsh abrasives

  • Store in a dry area to preserve its handcrafted finish.
